Specialised, not a general store
Serrano NetSec specialises in secure network infrastructure and access control, for businesses and private clients in the Zurich area.
What we do
We plan and secure networks, assess and modernise access control systems, and bring IT environments into a state that still makes sense two years from now. Our clients are gyms, building managers and smaller companies in Zurich and the surrounding area, along with private households that want a clean and secure setup at home.
How we work
We always start with the current state, never with a product. Only once it is clear what exists and what genuinely needs protecting do we talk about measures. Whatever we propose, we explain in ordinary language. If you do not understand what you are paying for at the end, we have not done our job.
Every project ends with documentation complete enough for someone else to pick up the work. That is deliberate: dependence on your supplier is a risk, not a business model.
Independence
We do not sell hardware and we take no commission from suppliers. Our recommendation therefore does not depend on whatever margin happens to be available. If an existing installation is still fit for purpose, we say so. And if a job is a better fit for a larger provider, we say that too.
